Finding tenants is not difficult. But, finding "good" tenants is. We conduct a thorough investigation of potential tenants by utilizing the credit bureau, verifying employment and salary, past rental history, bank accounts and corresponding history and by contacting references.
Reference checks are pursued by knowing the right questions to ask in order to gather necessary information about your prospective tenant.
